All payments to Askdoc-USMLE are non-refundable. Due to the proprietary nature of the course, administrative and other costs, we are unable to refund any fees paid for any reason. Take special note that refunds are not issued for failing to finish the course, missing chat sessions and failure to make use of available resources.

You can opt to switch from your current class to another class for a US$ 150 switching fee. Due to caps on number of students per class, you cannot be guaranteed a seat in the class unless you apply and pay your fees before the class is full. You can only change classes while you are still enrolled in your current class and your 9 month access have not expired.

You can retake any course by paying a fee of US$ 300. If you are still currently enrolled in a class and would like to switch class, see above note on changing classes. All enrollments are always subject to seat availability on the classes you are enrolling into. Therefore, try to enroll early.
